We have scheduled this member-meeting for an in-depth review of the requirements for the ISO-4448-Part 13 draft technical standard that Bern is drafting with an ISO working group. We invite members and research guests to register and participate if you are interested and available.

Part 13 of the standard focuses on the rules for map properties such as formats, content, updates, resolutions, multi-party access, etc. Wheelchair users and public-area mobile robots are to use these maps for route planning.  This meeting currently involves attendees from a few US universities and Briometrix, an Australian accessibility mapping company and new URF member.  Date: October 4, 2024
